How to unenroll a contact from an automated workflow/campaign. If you ever wish to stop automated messages from being sent to a contact, simply go to the right-hand side under the contact card in the inbox, scroll down, and you'll see active campaigns/workflows. This will list any automation that they are currently enrolled in. For example, if someone is enrolled in the lead nurture workflow and you want those automated messages to stop, just click that X button and say OK. That will unenroll the contact from the workflow and stop any automated actions (such as text messages or emails).
