Viewing your membership course analytics

This guide will walk you through the steps for tracking employee training progress and viewing assessment results and revenue analytics

1. Click "Marketing"

After choosing the course progress, you'll be taken to a page where you can pick the product to be viewed.

7. Email

At this location, the email addresses of visitors who accessed the product will be displayed.

8.Progress

The "Progress" column indicates the product's completion status by percentage.

A progress of 100% indicates that the visitor has completed the entire module, while any percentage below 100% signifies that the module remains incomplete.

Visitors without a percent bar have not yet accessed the product.

9. Start Date

The "Start Date" column displays the visitor's initial access time and date. The "Last Login" column shows the visitor's most recent access time and date. Finally, the "Login" column displays the number of times that the visitor has accessed the product page.

Finally, the "Login" column displays the number of times that the visitor has accessed the product page.

12. Search Bar

By filtering through their emails, you can search for a visitor if you have a large number of them.

13.Members Progress

By clicking on a visitor's email, you will be taken to their overview page. This page displays the lessons completed by the member as well as those undone. To access the contact's Conversation thread in the Contact section, click on the "URL link" icon located on the right side of their profile.

14. Click "Assessments"

To check your assessment progress, click here and you will be directed to the table displaying it.

15. Search Bar

The "Search Bar" allows you to easily locate a specific visitor by filtering through their name or assessment title.

The table displays the assessment's title and the names and email addresses of each member who took it.

The table displays the assessment's title and the names and email addresses of each member who took it.

The table displays the assessment's title and the names and email addresses of each member who took it.

The "Completed" column shows if the member finished the assessment or not,

while the "Result" column displays if they passed or failed.

The percentage score of each member is shown in the "Percentage" column.

Additionally, clicking on the eye icon next to a submission reveals the answers they submitted.

23. Filters

You can filter the Analytics for Assessments by choosing a specific product from the dropdown menu on the top right, or you can filter by results.
