Communities let you build a private group space for your patients right inside Aesthetix CRM, under Courses. Below are answers to the questions practices ask most often about invitations and membership.
Can I set up automatic invitations for new patients added to my CRM? Not yet. Communities does not currently support automated invites, though it is a feature planned for a future release. In the meantime, you can manually invite new patients by copying your group link and sending it to them directly.
I have a large list of prospective members. How can I invite them all at once? Set up a mass email or text campaign in Aesthetix CRM that includes your group link. This lets you reach your full list in one send while still giving each person an easy way to join.
Can regular members invite others, or is that limited to admins and owners? Any member can share the group link with others, which works as an informal invitation. Only Admins and Owners, however, can remove members from the group. Private Groups with more granular invitation controls are still in development.
I sent an invitation but the invitee hasn't joined yet. Can I resend it? Yes. Invitations get missed or overlooked all the time, so there's no harm in resending the group link to give the person another chance to join.
Can I customize the invitation message for potential members? You can personalize the message that carries your group link when you send it through Aesthetix CRM, email, or text. Communities does not yet support customizing the invitation experience within the group itself.
What happens when someone clicks the invitation link? Clicking the group link takes the invitee to the group, where they can submit a request to join. Once they complete sign-up, they're added to the group automatically.
Can I see who has accepted their invite and joined the group? Yes. Open the People tab inside your group to view an up-to-date list of every member, including recent joins, so you can keep track of membership and engagement over time.
