Content AI is a writing assistant built into the Aesthetix CRM email builder. It helps you draft email copy faster by generating outlines, introductions, specific sections, and variations for different kinds of emails: promotional emails, introduction emails, coupons and discounts, recurring newsletters, testimonials, cold outreach, and content or giveaways. It can also write subject lines and subject line variations. For a busy practice, this means professional-quality email copy without needing a dedicated writer, and a fast starting point you can then refine in your own voice.
Content AI lives in the Email Marketing area. It works in both email campaigns and email templates.
Content AI is useful for practices of any size that send marketing email. It gives your team a quick, efficient way to draft content, which is especially helpful when you are short on time or do not have a dedicated marketing writer. You always stay in control: Content AI produces drafts and variations, and you choose what to keep, edit, and send.
Faster drafting: Generate outlines, introductions, and specific sections instead of writing every email from scratch.
Tailored content: Match the copy to a specific context, such as a promotional email for a seasonal offer or a newsletter for existing patients.
Variations for testing: Produce multiple versions of body copy or subject lines to compare in A/B tests.
Easy to use: Content AI is built directly into the drag-and-drop email builder.
Tip: Always review Content AI output before sending. Confirm any claims about treatments, pricing, or results are accurate for your practice, and edit the copy so it sounds like your team. Never include patient names or protected health information in a marketing email.

Where can I use Content AI? Content AI is available in the email builder for both email campaigns and email templates, and it works in text blocks, button elements, and the subject line.
What kinds of emails can Content AI write? It can generate promotional emails, introduction emails, coupons and discounts, recurring newsletters, testimonials, cold outreach, content or giveaways, and subject lines. Choose Other for a broader category if your use case is not listed.
Can I create more than one version at once? Yes. Set the Number of Variations before you click Generate, then pick the version you like best. This is useful for A/B testing subject lines and body copy.
Does Content AI send the email for me? No. Content AI only drafts copy. You review it, edit it, and choose when to send, just like any other email.
Should I edit what Content AI generates? Yes. Treat the output as a first draft. Confirm every claim is accurate for your practice, adjust the tone to sound like your team, and proofread before sending.
Can I include patient details to personalize AI copy? Do not enter patient names or any protected health information into Content AI prompts or marketing emails. Use custom values and fallback defaults for safe, field-based personalization instead.
How do I set the tone of the copy? Use the Writing Tone selector when generating body copy or subject lines to match the voice you want, then refine the result in the editor.
