Inside Integrately you build an automation by choosing a trigger (the event that starts the automation) and one or more actions (what happens next). Either side can be Aesthetix CRM or one of the other connected platforms, so you can push CRM data out to another app or pull outside events into your CRM.

When a new patient submits a lead form on an outside landing page built with Gravity Forms, create or update the contact in Aesthetix CRM and add them to a lead nurture workflow.
When a patient books a consultation on Zoom, create a task for your front desk to confirm the appointment.
When a contact's tag changes to a specific treatment interest, add a row to a Google Sheet your marketing team uses for reporting.
When an opportunity goes stale, notify your team in an outside tool so a coordinator can follow up.
Integrately and the third-party platforms it connects to are not covered by your Business Associate Agreement with Aesthetix CRM. Only route retail, marketing, and operational data through these automations. Do not send PHI such as clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, or before and after photos to outside platforms through Integrately.
