As your task list grows, filters and search help you cut through the noise and focus on the work that matters right now. Aesthetix CRM lets you search tasks by keyword, narrow by patient or team member, filter by status, and sort by date, so you can stay organized and keep your workflow moving.
Open the Tasks list to access the search bar and filters at the top of the page.
Use the search bar to quickly find any specific task in your list. Type a keyword and the list narrows to matching tasks, saving you the time of scrolling through everything.
To find tasks tied to a specific patient, type the patient's name into the search. The list surfaces that patient's tasks so you can review and manage everything connected to them in one place.
Use the assignee filter to show only the tasks assigned to a particular team member. This helps everyone focus on the work they own and keeps responsibilities clear across your practice.
Filter tasks by their current status, such as pending or completed, to sort and manage work by where it stands. This makes it easy to prioritize what is still open and confirm what is already done.
Sort tasks by creation date or upcoming due date, in ascending or descending order. Sorting by date helps you prioritize deadlines and manage your workload so nothing runs late.
How do I quickly find a specific task?
Use the search bar at the top of the Tasks list and type a keyword from the task. The list narrows to matching tasks as you type.
Can I see all tasks tied to one patient?
Yes. Type the patient's name into the search to surface every task linked to that patient.
How do I view only my tasks, or another team member's tasks?
Use the assignee filter and choose the team member whose tasks you want to see. The list then shows only tasks assigned to that person.
Can I separate open tasks from completed ones?
Yes. Use the status filter to show tasks by their stage, such as pending or completed, so you can focus on what is still outstanding.
How do I put the most urgent tasks first?
Sort by due date in ascending order to bring the nearest deadlines to the top. You can also sort by creation date or reverse the order to suit how you work.
Can I combine filters, like assignee and status together?
Yes. Apply more than one filter at a time to narrow the list, for example showing only a specific team member's pending tasks.
Why don't I see certain tasks in my filtered view?
Active filters hide anything that does not match. Clear or adjust your filters if a task you expect is missing, and check the status filter in case it is set to a stage that excludes the task.
