The Social Planner in Aesthetix CRM lets you connect Meta's Threads network and schedule, publish, and manage Threads content alongside Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and your other channels, all from one calendar. Because Threads is a text-first network, it is a good fit for quick updates, questions, tips, and short announcements from your practice.
Threads Integration adds Meta's text-centric network to the channels you can manage inside the Social Planner. You log in with your Instagram credentials, then compose, schedule, and track Threads posts alongside your other platforms from a single calendar, so your team stays in one workflow.
One place to publish: Manage Threads alongside Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more from a single Social Planner calendar, with no app switching.
Automation that saves time: Use approval flows, RSS auto-posting, and Category Queues to keep Threads active without posting manually.
Scale content quickly: Bulk-create and schedule posts with CSV upload, mapping hashtags, categories, first comment, and more.
Fewer publishing surprises: Compose within Threads' limits (500 characters, up to 20 images or one 5-minute video) to prevent failed posts and rework.
Consistent presence: Schedule ahead and recycle evergreen content so your Threads channel stays on cadence even when your team is busy.

Your Threads account is accessed through the Instagram account it is linked to, so make sure your Threads profile is connected to Instagram before you start.
Click Marketing in Aesthetix CRM.
Click the Social Planner tab.
Click the + Socials button.
Click the Connect Threads option.
Log in with your Instagram credentials and authorize access. This connection is powered by our underlying provider, so if you see a consent screen that references LeadConnector, it is expected and safe to approve.
Click the Add button beside the profile you want to connect.
Once connected, your Threads account appears under the All Accounts dropdown in the Social Planner.
Note: Your Threads account must be linked to your Instagram account, since Threads access is managed through your Instagram credentials.
After connecting, you can create a new post, select your Threads account from the composer, add your content, and publish or schedule it like any other channel.
Do I need a separate Threads login? No. Threads authentication runs through Instagram, so you connect the Instagram account that is linked to your Threads profile.
Does my Threads account need to be public? Yes. Your Threads account must be public to publish through the Social Planner.
What is the character limit for a Threads post? Threads supports 1 to 500 characters per post. If you write more than 500 characters, the extra text is automatically posted as a threaded reply, which continues your original post.
Can I mix images and video in one post? Yes. A carousel can include a mix of images and videos, up to 20 items total.
Why can't I add a location to my Threads post? Location tagging is not available. This is a current limitation of the Threads API, not a Social Planner setting.
Does Threads support analytics in the Social Planner? Yes. You can view Posts, Likes, Comments, and Engagement rate.
What happens if my Instagram or Threads token expires? The Social Planner prompts you to reconnect the Threads account. Re-authenticate, and your scheduled posts resume.
Can I edit or delete a Threads post after publishing? Editing published posts is not supported by Threads. You can delete a post from the Threads app directly.
Can I schedule Threads posts for multiple accounts at once? Yes. As long as each Threads account is connected and public, you can cross-schedule to multiple Threads accounts.
