The Best Time to Post feature in Social Planner uses your audience's engagement patterns to recommend the ideal times to publish. Instead of guessing when your followers are active, you can schedule posts to go live when engagement is highest, helping your practice's content reach more prospective patients.
Best Time to Post is a data-driven tool that analyzes your audience's engagement and suggests the optimal posting times for each connected social account. It helps you plan content so posts reach the largest possible audience during peak activity.
Optimized posting: Recommendations are based on real audience engagement, boosting your content's visibility.
Simple to use: It is built into the normal post scheduling flow, so there is nothing extra to set up.
Works across platforms: Suggestions apply to all social accounts connected to Social Planner.
More engagement: Posting during peak times increases the chance of reaching a larger audience.
Go to Marketing in the left sidebar.
Click Social Planner.
Click the + New Post button.
Choose + Create New Post (or Upload From CSV for bulk scheduling).
In the Post to section, choose the social platforms you want to publish to.
Build your post by adding:
Text
Images or media
Hashtags, mentions, and links
Click the down arrow beside the post button and choose Schedule Post.
Review the suggested Best Time to Post options, which are based on your audience's engagement trends.
Select a recommended time slot from the options. You can also adjust the time manually if you prefer a different schedule.
Click Schedule Post.
Available in the post composer and in the CSV bulk action, for both single and bulk post scheduling.
Not available in the mobile app. This feature is designed for detailed planning on desktop.
Support for additional post formats, including recurring posts, review posts, RSS feeds, and category queues, is planned for future releases.
What exactly does the Best Time to Post feature do?
