Once your websites are built, Aesthetix CRM gives you flexible ways to reuse and organize them. Whether you want to reuse a proven design across multiple locations, copy a single page, or keep your sites tidy with folders, this guide walks you through managing existing websites.
There are two main ways to move a website within the platform: importing it from a share link, or cloning it directly. Read on for both.
A share link lets you bring a website template into your account. Follow these steps to import one.
Step 1: Make sure you are logged into your account before clicking the share link.
Step 2: Open a new tab, then click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.
Step 3: Select the location (or locations) you want to add this template to. You can choose up to three locations at once.
Note: Importing may take a few minutes to complete. Give it a moment before refreshing your page. Also keep in mind that forms, surveys, and any other lead-capture elements will NOT transfer with the import and will need to be set up again in the new location.
Cloning creates a copy of a website you already have in your account. You can clone an entire website or just a single page.
Step 1: In your website view, click the three dots and select Clone.
Step 2: Give your website a name and select the location you want to clone it to. You can choose up to three locations at once.
Step 3: Click Clone.
You can also copy just one page or step from a website into another location, rather than duplicating the whole site. This is useful when you only need a specific landing page or section reused elsewhere, without carrying over the entire site.
Folders help keep your websites tidy as your practice grows and your collection of sites expands. Group related sites together so you can find what you need quickly, especially when you manage multiple campaigns or locations.
