Blogs in Aesthetix CRM let you publish articles to your website or ecommerce store to attract visitors, share expertise, and improve your search visibility. This guide covers the full lifecycle of a blog post: writing a new post in the editor, duplicating an existing post to reuse content, editing SEO details, archiving posts you want to retire, and permanently deleting posts you no longer need.
All blog management lives in the same place. To reach your blogs, go to Marketing, open Websites (Build websites & ecommerce stores), and select Blogs. From there you choose the blog you want to work in and manage its individual posts.

Step 4: Choose a post. Select a specific blog to view.

What is the difference between archiving and deleting a blog post?
Archiving removes a post from your website without permanently deleting it, so outdated or inactive content is preserved and can be restored later. Deleting permanently removes the post and cannot be undone. Use archiving when you may want the content back, and deleting only when you are sure you no longer need the post.
Why should I add alt text to my cover image?
Alt text describes your cover image for accessibility and helps improve your post's search visibility. Add it when you create a post or update it later through the post's SEO details.
Can I reuse an existing post instead of writing from scratch?
Yes. Use Duplicate Post from the post's actions menu to create a copy you can edit independently, which streamlines your content creation process.
Where do I edit a post's title, description, or slug after publishing?
Open the post, click to view more options, and select Change Blog Post SEO Details. From there you can modify the title, alt text, and description, and change or remove the cover image, then click Update Blog Post to save.
