Every website you build in Aesthetix CRM includes two reporting tabs: Stats and Sales. The Stats tab shows traffic and analytics for each page on your site, including visitors, opt-ins, sales performance, and earnings per page view. The Sales tab shows the individual product and service orders placed through your website, with buyer details and transaction records. This guide walks through how to access both tabs and explains what every column and filter means.
To reach either tab, open your website first:
Step 1: Go to the Marketing section.
Step 2: Select Funnels.
Step 3: Navigate to the Websites section.
Step 4: Select the website you want to review from the list.
The Stats tab lets you view detailed statistics for each step (page) created on your website. This includes the number of visitors who accessed a specific page and the corresponding actions they took on each page.
Step 5: Click the Stats tab to open your website analytics.
Step 6: Adjust the date range using the Duration Range filter. To refine the data, click the date range icon and a calendar menu will appear. From there, select the specific date range you wish to work with.
Step 7: Avoid the Reset Duration Date icon unless absolutely necessary. While you may be tempted to click the "Reset" icon, doing so will permanently delete all data for the website. This action cannot be undone, so it is not advisable to reset data unless you truly need to.
Step 8: Review the list of website pages. The website is comprised of various pages, each with its own unique content. To view the sub-pages within a specific page, click on the page and the sub-pages will appear in a dropdown menu.
Step 9: Read the Page Views columns. Page views are split into two measures, All and Uniques. The "All" data represents the total number of times a website page has been viewed, including both new and returning visitors. For example, if a returning visitor opens a page 5 times and a new visitor opens the same page once, the "All" data will record a total of 6 views. The "Uniques" data collects the number of unique visitors who have accessed a page. Using the same example, the "Uniques" data will record a total of 1 unique visitor.
Step 10: Read the Opt-Ins columns. Opt-ins are shown as All and Rate. The "All" column displays the total number of opt-ins that have occurred on a website page. The "Rate" column indicates the rate at which opt-ins occurred, usually shown as a percentage (%). This is used to calculate the conversion rate of opt-ins, which measures the percentage of visitors who completed the desired action (in this case, opting in) out of the total number of visitors to the page.
Step 11: Read the Sales columns. The Sales section reports on purchases made through the page and includes Orders, Rate, Quantity, Amount, and Avg. Cart Value. The "Rate" column calculates the sales rate. "Orders" shows the number of orders, "Quantity" the number of items sold, "Amount" the total revenue, and "Avg. Cart Value" the average value per order.
Step 12: Read the Earning/Pageview columns. Earnings per page view are shown as All and Unique. The "All" column shows the total earnings per page view across both new and returning visitors to a website page. The "Unique" column displays the total earnings per page view of only new visitors, excluding any earnings generated by returning visitors and focusing only on the revenue generated by new visitors to the page.
The Sales tab gives you access to the individual orders placed through your website, with a row for each transaction.
Step 13: Click the Sales tab to open your sales data.
Step 14: Set the Page View filter. To adjust the number of records displayed on a page, click the drop-down menu and choose from the available options: 10, 25, or 100.
Step 15: Download your sales data. To obtain the Sales data, click the download button and save the file. The data will be downloaded in CSV format.
Step 16: Review the Sales List. The Sales List shows every purchase as a row, with the following columns.
Step 17: Customer. The "Customer" column displays the names of all individuals who have purchased your products or services.
Step 18: Email. This column displays the email addresses of customers who have purchased your products or services.
Step 19: Product Name. In this column, you can view the names of all products or services that have been purchased by your customers.
Step 20: Transaction ID. The "Transaction ID" column displays the unique identifier for each transaction involving a product or service purchased by a customer.
Step 21: Amount. This column shows the price at which each customer purchased your products or services.
Step 22: Step. The "Step" column indicates the type or category of the product or service being purchased by the customer.
Step 23: Purchase Date. The "Date and Time" column displays the exact date and time at which each purchase transaction was made by the customer.
What is the difference between "All" and "Uniques" page views? "All" counts every view of a page, including repeat visits from the same person, while "Uniques" counts each visitor only once. If one returning visitor opens a page 5 times and a new visitor opens it once, "All" shows 6 and "Uniques" shows 1.
Can I reset the data in the Stats tab? You can, but you should not unless it is absolutely necessary. Clicking the Reset icon permanently deletes all data for the website and cannot be undone.
Can I export my sales data? Yes. On the Sales tab, click the download button to save your sales data as a CSV file.
How many records can I see per page on the Sales tab? Use the Page View filter drop-down to display 10, 25, or 100 records per page.
Where do the sales in the Stats tab come from? The Sales columns in the Stats tab summarize purchases made through each page of your website, including orders, quantity, total amount, sales rate, and average cart value. The Sales tab then lists those purchases individually.
