Every funnel in Aesthetix CRM is organized around three working tabs: Steps, Stats, and Sales. The Steps tab is where you build the funnel itself—adding pages, arranging their order, attaching products, and opening the page builder. The Stats tab reports how each step performs, from page views to conversions to earnings. The Sales tab lists the individual orders placed through the funnel so you can review, filter, and export purchase data. To reach any funnel, click Marketing, then Funnels, and select the funnel you want to open.
The Steps tab is the construction area for your funnel. Funnel steps guide customers toward a call-to-action—such as booking an appointment or purchasing a product. From here you can create new funnel pages, arrange the order of your steps, and add products to the funnel. This tab shows a list of every funnel step you have created, along with the tools to build, edit, clone, and remove them.
Step 1: Add a funnel step. To begin constructing your funnel, click Add funnel step. This starts a new page within the funnel.
Step 2: Name your funnel step. Give each new step an appropriate, descriptive name. Establishing consistent naming conventions keeps your funnel organized, and this becomes increasingly important as you add more steps over time.
Step 3: Establish the funnel path. Assign a unique URL path to the step, or simplify things by matching the URL path to the step name. A URL path is required—you cannot save a new funnel step without one.
Step 4: Import from ClickFunnels (optional). If you already have funnels and content built in ClickFunnels, you can import them directly rather than rebuilding from scratch. This step is optional; simply add the funnel URL in this section to import.
Step 5: Use the Overview tab. The Overview tab is where you access the editing options for each funnel step. Click into a step from here to work with it.
Step 6: Use the Products tab. In the Products tab, you can create one-time products or include subscription products in your funnel. This is where you attach the products a customer can purchase on that funnel page.
Step 7: Use the Publishing tab. The Publishing tab lets you change the name and URL path of a funnel step. There are several ways to navigate to the Publishing tab, including buttons available within the step view.
Step 8: Build or edit the funnel step. Click the build/edit button to open the full webpage builder, where you create and design the content of the funnel step.
Step 9: Preview in a web browser. This button opens a preview of your funnel step in a new browser tab. Previewing lets you review the page without affecting your analytics and conversion metrics.
Step 10: Edit the funnel name and path. This button takes you to the Publishing tab so you can change the funnel step's name and URL path.
Step 11: Clone a funnel step. To save time, duplicate an existing funnel step. You can clone steps within the same CRM location or copy them across different accounts if you manage multiple locations.
Step 12: Delete a funnel step. You can delete funnel steps from this menu. Once a funnel step is deleted, it cannot be recovered, so remove steps with care.
The Stats tab displays performance statistics for every step in your funnel. It shows how many visitors opened each page and the actions they took there, giving you a clear view of how the funnel is converting. Open the tab, then set the date range you want to review.
Duration range: Select the desired date range to control which data the Stats tab displays.
Reset duration date: Clicking the Reset icon erases all data from the funnel. Resetting is not recommended, because it permanently deletes all recorded information.
Stats info: Clicking the info icon provides additional details about the funnel URL.
List of funnel pages: The Stats tab lists each funnel page. Click a page to access its sub-pages, if any exist.
The Stats tab breaks performance down into several metric groups:
Page Views — All: The "All" metric counts the total number of times a funnel page has been opened, including both new and returning visitors. For example, if a returning visitor opens a page five times and a new visitor opens it once, "All" records 6 total views.
Page Views — Uniques: The "Uniques" metric counts only unique, first-time visitors who open the page. Using the same example—a returning visitor opening a page five times plus one new visitor—"Uniques" records just 1.
Opt-Ins — All: The "All" column shows the total number of users who opted in for a product, purchased it, submitted a form or survey, or booked an appointment through a calendar on that funnel page.
Opt-Ins — Rate: The "Rate" column indicates the rate at which those opt-ins occurred, usually expressed as a percentage. It represents the conversion rate of opt-ins and is calculated by dividing "All" opt-ins by unique page views.
Sales — Orders: At the funnel step level, the "Orders" metric shows the total number of sales orders that occurred. It counts orders placed without accounting for the number of products or quantities purchased.
Sales — Rate: At the funnel step level, the "Rate" column shows the number of times any product is purchased divided by unique page views. At the individual product level, it is calculated as the number of times that specific product is purchased divided by unique page views.
Sales — Quantity: At the funnel step level, the "Quantity" metric shows the total quantity of all products purchased in that step. At the product level, it displays the total amount of that specific product bought in the step.
Sales — Amount: At the funnel step level, the "Amount" metric displays the total value of all products purchased in that step. At the product level, it shows the total sale value of a specific product in that funnel step.
Sales — Avg. Cart Value: The "Average Cart Value" column displays the total sales amount relative to total orders for the step.
Earnings/Page Views — All: The "All" column displays total earnings generated per page view for both new and returning visitors. It is calculated by dividing the total sales value by the number of "All" page views.
Earnings/Page Views — Unique: The "Unique" column shows total earnings per page view for new visitors only. It is calculated by dividing total earnings by the number of unique page views.
The Sales tab lists the individual orders placed through your funnel, showing who purchased, what they bought, and when. From here you can filter the data by date, adjust how many entries appear, and export the full list.
Date range: To filter the data, adjust the date range. Click the date range icon and select your desired range from the drop-down calendar menu.
Page view filter: Adjust how many entries appear per page using the drop-down menu. Choose to display 10, 25, or 100 entries at a time.
Download: To export your sales data, click the download button. The file automatically downloads as a CSV.
The sales list includes the following columns:
Customer: Displays the names of all customers who purchased your products or services.
Email: Displays the email address of each customer who made a purchase.
Product Name: Displays the names of the products or services purchased by customers.
Transaction ID: Displays the unique transaction ID assigned to each product purchased.
Amount: Displays the price at which each customer purchased your products or services.
Step: Displays the funnel step—and by extension the type of product—associated with each purchase.
Purchase Date: Displays the specific date and time each purchase was made.
Is adding a URL path required to save a funnel step? Yes. A URL path is mandatory. You cannot save a new funnel step without assigning one, though you can match it to the step name to keep things simple.
Can I move funnel steps between accounts? Yes. When you clone a funnel step, you can duplicate it within the same CRM location or copy it across different accounts if you manage multiple locations.
Can I recover a deleted funnel step? No. Once a funnel step is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. Delete steps only when you are certain you no longer need them.
Should I reset the stats data? Resetting is not recommended. Clicking Reset permanently erases all recorded funnel data, and that information cannot be recovered.
What is the difference between "All" and "Uniques" page views? "All" counts every time a page is opened, including repeat views from the same visitor. "Uniques" counts only first-time visitors, so multiple visits from one person still register as a single unique view.
How is the opt-in rate calculated? The opt-in rate divides the total ("All") opt-ins by unique page views, giving you the conversion rate as a percentage.
Does previewing a funnel step affect my analytics? No. Previewing opens the step in a new browser tab and does not affect your analytics or conversion metrics.
In what format does the Sales tab export data? Sales data downloads automatically as a CSV file.
