Once your funnels are built, Aesthetix CRM makes it easy to keep them organized and up to date. From the Landing Page Builder you can edit an existing funnel, clone it to reuse proven layouts, share it with teammates or across accounts, delete funnels you no longer need, and tidy your workspace by moving funnels into folders. This guide walks through each of these management tasks step by step.
All funnel management happens in the same place: open Marketing from the left sidebar, then select Landing Page Builder to see your list of funnels. Next to every funnel is a three-dot menu that opens the actions described below.
Editing lets you refine an existing funnel—adjusting stages, adding new elements, and optimizing content for better performance. Use it for everything from minor tweaks to major overhauls as you respond to data insights and feedback.
Step 1: Click Marketing in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Landing Page Builder.
Step 3: Find the funnel you want to edit and click the three dots next to it.
Step 4: Click Edit to open the funnel and make your changes.
Cloning duplicates an existing funnel so you can reuse proven layouts and content without starting over. It's ideal for spinning up variations for different audiences or campaigns while keeping your branding and structure consistent.
Step 1: Click Marketing in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Landing Page Builder.
Step 3: Select the funnel you want to duplicate and click the three dots next to it.
Step 4: Click Clone.
Step 5: Edit the name of the new funnel so you can tell it apart from the original.
Step 6: Click Confirm to save the cloned funnel.
Sharing lets you hand a funnel off to team members, clients, or stakeholders—whether you're collaborating on a design or importing a proven funnel across accounts. You control who can access the share link before you send it.
Step 1: Click Marketing in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the funnel you want to share and click the three dots next to it.
Step 3: Click Share.
Step 4: Select who can access the link.
Step 5: Click Copy Link—you can now share this link wherever it's needed.
Step 6: Click Done to finish.
Deleting removes funnels you no longer need so your dashboard stays clutter-free and focused on current projects. Before deleting, consider any linked campaigns or data that may be affected, since removal is permanent.
Step 1: Click Marketing in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Landing Page Builder.
Step 3: Select the funnel you want to delete and click the three dots next to it.
Step 4: Click Delete.
Step 5: Click Delete again to confirm and permanently remove the funnel.
Moving funnels into folders keeps your workspace logically structured and easy to navigate, especially when you're managing multiple projects at once.
Step 1: Click Marketing in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Landing Page Builder.
Step 3: Select the funnel you want to move and click the three dots next to it.
Step 4: Click Move To Folder.
Step 5: Select the folder where the funnel should be moved.
Step 6: Click Move To Selected Folder to complete the move.
Where do I manage my funnels? All funnel management lives under Marketing > Landing Page Builder. Each funnel's three-dot menu gives you the Edit, Clone, Share, Delete, and Move To Folder actions.
What's the difference between editing and cloning a funnel? Editing changes the existing funnel in place, so your updates apply to the live version. Cloning creates a separate copy you can rename and modify independently, leaving the original untouched—useful for testing variations or reusing a layout for a new campaign.
Can I share a funnel with someone on another account? Yes. Use the Share option to generate a link, set who can access it, and copy it to send along. This lets you collaborate with teammates or bring a proven funnel across accounts.
What happens when I delete a funnel? Deletion is permanent and requires a confirmation click. Before deleting, review any linked campaigns or data that rely on the funnel, since removing it may affect those connections.
How do I keep my funnels organized? Use Move To Folder to group related funnels together. Organizing funnels into folders keeps your dashboard tidy and makes them easier to find when you're juggling multiple projects.
