A funnel is a multi-step conversion path that guides visitors toward a single goal — opting in, making a purchase, or booking an appointment. Each step is a page in the journey, and the pages work together to move contacts from one action to the next. In Aesthetix CRM, you build and manage funnels inside the Landing Page Builder, where you can create opt-in funnels, sales funnels, and booking funnels for your practice.
A funnel can be as short or as long as you need. A single-step funnel is simply a standalone page — this is how you create a landing page. Add more steps and you turn that same page into a full multi-step path, such as an opt-in page that leads to a thank-you page, or a sales page that leads to a checkout and confirmation.
This guide covers the Funnels list and its controls, how to create a new funnel, and how funnel steps fit together. To design the pages inside your funnel, see the Page Builder guide, and to manage the individual pages in a funnel, see the Steps guide.
All of your funnels live in the Landing Page Builder, under Marketing.
Step 1: Click "Marketing" in the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Click "Landing Page Builder" (also referred to as Funnels).
Step 3: Review your funnels list. Here you will find a list of any funnels you have already created.
Step 4: Search funnels by name. If you have an extensive list of funnels, searching by name is quicker than scrolling through the entire list to locate the specific funnel you need.
Each funnel in the list is displayed as a card that shows key information about that funnel at a glance.
Step 5: The funnel card displays crucial information about your funnel.
Step 6: Funnel name. This is the name of your funnel, which can be modified within the funnel.
Step 7: Current status. By checking the funnel status, you can determine whether the funnel is a Draft or already Live.
Step 8: Last edited. Here you can view the number of days since the last time this funnel was edited.
Step 9: Total funnel steps. You can also check the total number of steps within each funnel.
Each funnel card includes an actions menu for managing that funnel.
Step 10: Open the actions menu. Clicking the small icon on the card will open a menu with several funnel actions.
Step 11: Click "Edit." You can edit your funnel's settings and individual pages, and add or remove pages from it.
Step 12: Click "Clone." Duplicating a funnel is an effortless way to replicate it while preserving all the work previously done in it. After duplication, you can modify any part of the funnel that requires alteration.
Step 13: Click "Move Folder." If you have created folders in your Funnels section, you can move a funnel across folders using the Move Folder function.
Step 14: Click "Delete." If you choose to delete a funnel, it will be removed permanently from your account. For confirmation, you will be prompted to enter the word "DELETE" in the provided field.
To keep your Funnels section organized, you can group related funnels into folders.
Step 15: Create a folder. Click to create a folder so you can organize your different funnels.
Creating a funnel starts from the Landing Page Builder and takes just a few steps.
Step 1: Go to Marketing and open the Landing Page Builder. Click "Marketing," then click "Landing Page Builder."
Step 2: Click "New Funnel." Click the button to create a new funnel.
Step 3: Choose a template. Choose the template you want for your funnel. The template determines the starting layout for your funnel's pages.
Step 4: Name your funnel. Enter a name for your new funnel in the designated field.
Step 5: Click "Create." Finalize by clicking "Create Funnel" to build your new funnel.
Once your funnel is created, it opens in the editor where you can add steps. Each step is a page in your funnel's conversion path — for example, an opt-in page followed by a thank-you page, or a sales page followed by a checkout and confirmation. A funnel with a single step functions as a standalone landing page.
From the funnel editor you can add new steps, reorder them, and open any step to design it. For a full walkthrough of managing the pages in a funnel, see the Steps guide. To design the content and layout of each page, see the Page Builder guide.
What is a funnel?
A funnel is a multi-step conversion path made up of connected pages that guide a visitor toward a single goal, such as opting in, making a purchase, or booking an appointment. Each step is a page, and the steps work together to move contacts from one action to the next.
What is the difference between a funnel and a landing page?
A landing page is simply a funnel with a single step. When a funnel has only one page, it serves as a standalone landing page. Adding more steps turns it into a multi-step path.
How do I create a landing page?
Create a new funnel and keep it to a single step. That single-step funnel functions as your landing page. See the Page Builder guide to design it.
How do I duplicate a funnel?
Open the actions menu on the funnel card and click "Clone." This replicates the entire funnel while preserving all the work done in it, so you can then modify any part that needs changing.
What happens when I delete a funnel?
The funnel is removed permanently from your account. To confirm, you will be prompted to type the word "DELETE" in the provided field.
Can I organize my funnels?
Yes. Create folders in your Funnels section to group related funnels, then use the "Move Folder" action on any funnel card to move it into a folder.
How do I know if my funnel is live?
Check the status shown on the funnel card. It will indicate whether the funnel is a Draft or already Live.
