Your billing settings in Aesthetix CRM let you review your subscription plan, manage your payment method, download invoices, and track technology and messaging credits. This guide walks through where to find each part of your billing information and how to keep it up to date.
Aesthetix CRM pricing and plan details are specific to your account. The billing screens described below show your own figures; for questions about plan options or pricing, reach out to the Aesthetix team at [email protected] or visit the Aesthetix CRM pricing page.
To view your billing settings, go to Settings > Billing from the left-hand menu. This screen displays your current subscription plan and monthly cost. If you have any questions about your billing, you can email [email protected].
The billing screen shows the full subscription price for your plan. If a discount or coupon is applied to your account, the discounted amount is not reflected on this screen — it appears on your invoices instead. In other words, the price shown here reflects the standard plan rate, while any coupon or discount you have is applied when you are invoiced.
In the Payments tab, you can:
Step 1: Edit your payment method. Update your payment method and the associated billing address whenever your card or billing details change.
Step 2: View and download invoices. Access your invoices to keep records or share them with your accountant.
This section also shows any tax applied to your account, depending on your state's requirements.
In the Wallet and Transactions tab, you can track technology and messaging credit charges, such as those for SMS and email.
Wallet balance: Shows the complimentary credits included with your plan along with any credits you have purchased. Unused complimentary credits expire each month, while purchased credits remain in your balance until they are used.
Auto Recharge: Set an auto-recharge amount to ensure uninterrupted service for SMS and messaging campaigns. Choosing an appropriate auto-recharge amount helps prevent interruptions — for example, avoiding pauses in your SMS campaigns caused by a lapse in available credits.
This tab also displays your charges for the current month, the previous month, and the month before that, with a breakdown of expenses such as email, SMS, and carrier fees.
For more granular insights, open Detailed Transactions, where you can:
Step 1: Filter transactions. Narrow transactions by date and type to find exactly what you are looking for.
Step 2: Export your data. Export all transaction data to a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.
Where do I find my subscription plan and monthly cost? Go to Settings > Billing. Your plan and monthly cost are shown on the main billing screen.
Why doesn't my discount or coupon show on the billing screen? The billing screen shows the standard plan price. Any discount or coupon you have is applied on your invoices rather than on the billing screen.
How do I update my payment method or billing address? Open the Payments tab, then edit your payment method and associated billing address.
Where can I download my invoices? In the Payments tab, you can view and download your invoices to keep records or share them with your accountant.
What is the difference between complimentary and purchased credits? Complimentary credits are included with your plan and expire at the end of each month if unused. Purchased credits stay in your wallet balance until you use them.
What does Auto Recharge do? Auto Recharge automatically tops up your wallet by a set amount so your SMS and messaging campaigns are not interrupted by running out of credits.
How do I export my transaction history? Open Detailed Transactions, filter by date and type as needed, and export the data to a CSV file.
Who do I contact with billing questions? For any additional billing questions, reach out to the Aesthetix team at [email protected].
