Follow these steps to connect a new domain to your Aesthetix CRM account.
Step 1: Open your Settings page.
Navigate to Settings in your Aesthetix CRM account.
Step 2: Open the Domains section.
In Settings, locate and select Domains.
Step 3: Start adding a domain.
Begin the domain addition process to connect a new web address.
Step 4: Enter your domain name.
Input the new domain name you want to connect.
Step 5: Confirm to continue.
Finalize the addition by clicking Continue.
If you don't already own a domain, you can search for and register a brand-new one directly inside Aesthetix CRM instead of buying it through a separate registrar and connecting it afterward. Once purchased, the domain is managed alongside the funnels, websites, and stores that use it, all from the same Domains page.
Important: Once a domain is purchased, it is permanently associated with your account and cannot be refunded, canceled, or removed.Step 1: Open your Settings page.

Click Purchase / Transfer Domain.

From the results, click Buy next to the domain you want.
Step 6: Review your options.
A Confirm Domain Purchase window opens. If any additional domain extensions are suggested (see the section below), you can add them here.
Step 7: Agree to the terms.
Check the box confirming you agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 8: Complete the purchase.
Review the total cost, which includes your primary domain and any additional extensions you selected, then confirm to finalize the purchase.
Your new domain automatically comes with WHOIS privacy protection, so your personal registration details aren't visible in public domain lookups.
You can also start a domain purchase from within the setup flow for a funnel, website, or store, if you'd rather register your domain in the moment you're publishing rather than starting from Settings.
When you purchase a domain, you can register it for more than one year at checkout instead of renewing it annually.
Most TLDs (top-level domains) can be registered for up to 10 years.
The .co family of TLDs (.co, .com.co, .net.co, .nom.co) supports up to 5 years of registration.
Registering for multiple years upfront helps you lock in your branded web address and avoid the hassle of yearly renewals.
Whether you're purchasing a new domain or you already own one through Aesthetix CRM, you can add popular alternative extensions (such as .net, .org, or .co) to protect your brand from competitors and impersonators using a similar name on a different extension.
When purchasing a domain:
In the Confirm Domain Purchase window, look for the section that suggests protecting your brand with additional extensions. Up to three alternative extensions may be suggested. Click on any extension you want, add it, and repeat for each one you'd like. The total cost of your primary domain plus any selected extensions is shown before you complete the purchase.
When managing a domain you've already purchased:
Open Settings, select the Domains tab, find the domain in your list, and click Manage next to it. If additional extensions are available for that domain, you'll see a message at the top of the management screen offering to protect your brand with the suggested extensions. Click Buy Now to add them.
After you add a domain, you'll need to verify it by updating the DNS records at your domain provider (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, or wherever your domain is registered). Aesthetix CRM provides the DNS record values to add. Once the records are in place and have propagated, your domain will be verified and ready to use for funnels, websites, and stores.
If a domain fails to connect or you see a connection error during setup, confirm that the DNS records were entered exactly as provided and allow time for DNS changes to propagate, then try again.
A domain you purchase directly inside Aesthetix CRM doesn't need this manual DNS verification step, since it's registered and connected in one flow.
You can connect more than one domain to your account, which lets you publish different funnels, websites, and stores under separate branded web addresses. To add another domain, repeat the steps above for each domain you want to connect, and verify each one with its own DNS records.
