Your User Availability settings let you personalize your calendar so leads and customers can only schedule appointments with you during the hours you actually work. Setting your working hours also ensures that booking calendars and round-robin assignment respect your schedule, so appointments are never offered or routed to you outside of the days and times you've defined.
This guide walks you through setting your time zone, days, and hours from your profile in Aesthetix CRM.
Step 1: Open Settings. From the left-hand navigation, click Settings.
Step 2: Open My Profile. In Settings, click My Profile.
Step 3: Navigate to User Availability. Within My Profile, navigate to the User Availability section.
Step 4: Set your time zone. Set your Time Zone so that your availability is interpreted correctly for booking.
Step 5: Specify your days and hours. Specify the days you're available and the hours you work on each of those days.
Step 6: Save your changes. Save the changes by clicking Update Availability.
Once your availability is set, Aesthetix CRM uses it to determine when leads or customers can schedule appointments with you. Booking calendars will only show open slots that fall within your defined days and hours, and round-robin assignment will only route appointments to you during the times you're available. This keeps your bookings aligned with your real working schedule.
