Currently, payment providers can be used across the following channels in Aesthetix:
Funnels — One Step Order Forms
Funnels — Two Step Order Forms
Forms
Stores
Calendars
Invoices
Invoice Auto Payment
Payment Links
Courses
Communities
Surveys
These channels support payment processing through the configured payment providers in your Aesthetix Payments settings.
Future channel support is guided by community demand and product roadmap priorities.
You can request new payment provider support by:
Contacting the Support team
Reaching out to the Product team
Submitting a request through the Idea Board
Based on demand and product planning, the team will prioritize upcoming expansions.
Example scenario:
One Store uses PayPal
Another Store uses Stripe
A third Store uses NMI
This level of configuration is not currently available, but it is part of the future product roadmap.
The new payment framework in Aesthetix supports deeper configuration capabilities, and a user interface layer may be added in the future to allow provider selection for individual assets such as:
Stores
Funnels
Forms
Other payment-enabled assets
The Configure Provider page will display details based on your Default provider configuration (for example, Stripe).
This page allows you to override the Default configuration for a specific channel.
If a provider is explicitly selected at the channel level, the checkout experience will use that channel-specific provider instead of the Default provider.
Currently, you can configure:
PayPal
One additional provider of your choice (such as Stripe, NMI, etc.)
However, multiple non-PayPal providers on the same checkout page are not supported today.
Example:
Supported:
PayPal + Stripe
Not Supported:
PayPal + Stripe + NMI
Support for additional provider combinations may be added in the future as the payment framework evolves.
When a location has a Default payment provider configured, that provider will appear in the Provider Selection window.
Each location can have:
One Default provider
PayPal (optional)
If both Default provider and PayPal are configured, both options will appear
If PayPal is not configured, only the Default provider will appear
Yes, users can remove providers from the Provider Selection window, but there are certain rules.
PayPal can be used alongside another provider
Users can remove PayPal and keep the other provider
Users cannot replace PayPal with another provider
PayPal can only be added or removed, not replaced with a different provider
If a Preferred Provider is set for a specific channel and that provider is later disconnected from the Integrations page, the system will automatically revert to the Default provider configuration.
If the provider is reconnected later, the user must re-select it as the Preferred Provider before it can be used again.
No, this is not currently possible.
If you attempt to remove all providers from the Provider Selection settings for a channel, the system will automatically revert the channel back to the Default provider configuration.
This behavior is designed to prevent accidental removal of payment options for active services.
However, if no payment providers are connected at all, then payment options will not appear on that channel.
