1. How to Create an Estimate in Payments and Link It to an Opportunity in Aesthetix CRM

2. Go to Payments from the main navigation menu.

3. Under Invoices & Estimates, click Estimates.

4. Next, click the New Estimate button to create and send a fresh estimate to clients.

5. Click on Business Information.

6. Edit any necessary details. Then click Save.

7. Under Customer Information, click to search and select the customer you want to send the estimate to.

8. Click Link Opportunity.

9. Search for the opportunity associated with the selected customer.

10. Select the correct opportunity to link it.

11. Edit the estimate settings as needed.

12. Click Add Product to include items or services.

13. After adding products, you can:
Add Discounts
Add Taxes

14. From here, click Add Payment Schedule to set up recurring billing for this estimate.

15. Adjust Additional Options as needed.

16. On the right side of the screen, review the Estimate Preview to confirm details.

17. Click Save to save the estimate as a template and mark it as draft.

18. Click Send to send the estimate to the contact
