Important: Templates are created and managed on the web. Mobile can use templates, but cannot create, edit, or delete them.

Availability & Prerequisites

Before using templates on mobile, confirm the following:

✔ Mobile App Version

• LeadConnector v3.98.1

(Whitelabeled apps may require contacting your account manager or support to request the update.)

✔ Template Management

• Templates must be created in the web app.

• Mobile only uses existing templates.

✔ User Permissions

Ensure the user has:

• Access to the correct sub-account

• Permissions for Payments → Estimates

Step-by-Step: Create an Estimate Using a Template (Mobile)

Step 1: Log In and Open Sub-Account

1. Open the mobile app.

2. Log in.

   

Step 2: You will now see two tabs on the Estimates homepage - Estimates and Templates. Switch to the templates tab.

Step 3: You can now select any estimate template and quickly use it to create an estimate!Browse available estimate templates.

Your estimate is now created using a template—fast, accurate, and consistent.
