Below is a walk-through on this help article to learn how to fix the issue with NextPatient online bookings from Nextech Cloud not showing up in Aesthetix CRM.
To reach the setting in the attached image, navigate to: admin -> scheduler ->preferences -> scheduler module -> online scheduling
ONLY UPDATE “Online Scheduling Appointments - Book” to “Pending”
Updating Online Scheduling Appointments - Hold to “Pending” as well will cause appointments to go into the Appointment queue and not actually be Pending.
