This guide walks you through how to properly create a patient in PatientNow Pro using Aesthetix CRM.
Required Fields
Before syncing a contact, ensure the following six fields are completed in the contact record:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Gender
Date of Birth
These fields are required in order to create a patient in PatientNow Pro.
Steps to Create the Patient
Open the contact profile in Aesthetix CRM.
Fill out and save the required six fields listed above.
Scroll down to the Tags section.
Apply the tag:
PNow-Create
Once the tag is applied, the system will automatically trigger the patient creation process in PatientNow Pro.
