Where to Find Email Statistics
From the Email Marketing Dashboard, click on Email Campaigns.
Navigate to the second tab at the top labeled Statistics.
Choose your desired date range to filter the data.
What Each Section Tells You
1. Conversion Summary
This section gives you a high-level view of how your email campaigns are driving revenue. You’ll see:
Number of Orders Placed
Total Revenue Earned
Order Conversion Rate (percentage of recipients who made a purchase)
Average Order Value
Use this snapshot to understand how well your emails are turning clicks into sales.
2. Engagement Summary
Here, you’ll see how recipients are interacting with your emails:
Emails Sent
Emails Opened
Link Clicks
Purchases Made
Think of this section as a conversion funnel, helping you visualize where recipients drop off and where they take action.
Note: Aesthetix CRM displays unique clicks and opens, meaning only one interaction per contact is counted, no matter how many times they open or click.
3. Performance Analysis
Track how key email metrics evolve over time:
Emails Sent
Opens
Clicks
Unsubscribes
Use the dropdown to toggle between different metrics and view trends across the selected time frame.
This helps you understand whether your email performance is improving or if it needs tweaking.
4. Top Performing Emails
Identify the top 5 email campaigns that have generated the most revenue. This insight helps you:
Recognize what messaging or layout worked best
Replicate successful tactics in future campaigns
5. Recent Email Analysis
Analyze the 10 most recent email campaigns in detail. This section allows you to:
Monitor current performance
Identify immediate areas for improvement
