Once enabled, the RealSelf integration allows you to:
Automatically capture leads from RealSelf into Aesthetix CRM
Create or update contact records with key details like name, email, phone, inquiry message, consult type, and doctor name
Set the lead source to RealSelf
Assign leads automatically to a team member via the Global User Assignment workflow
Add to lead nurture workflow to trigger follow-ups via SMS, email, and call tasks
Create an opportunity and enroll the lead in a nurture sequence to drive consultations
Contact Aesthetix CRM Support or your onboarding specialist and request to enable the RealSelf integration.
You can do this by clicking the support icon at the bottom-right of your screen and sending us a message.
Once your request is received, our team will provide you with a unique email address. Add this email to your RealSelf account's lead notification settings. This enables our system to receive incoming lead details.
After you've added the integration email to your RealSelf settings, please let our support or onboarding team know. We’ll then activate and configure the automation workflow for you.
Our team will set up a workflow called Lead Capture: RealSelf that listens for new RealSelf leads via an inbound webhook. When triggered, this workflow will:
Create or update the contact with information from the RealSelf notification.
Set key fields, including:
Name
Phone
Message from the inquiry
Consult type
Doctor name
Source = RealSelf
Set lead-specific fields, such as:
Lead type
Lead status
Treatment of interest*
*Note: RealSelf does not send a treatment field, so we recommend choosing a single default treatment to assign to all RealSelf leads, like “Consultation” or “Skin Treatment.”
Assign the contact using your Global User Assignment workflow.
Send internal notifications to alert your team.
Create an opportunity based on lead status.
Enroll the lead in your designated lead nurture or patient nurture workflows.
With the integration in place, your RealSelf leads will now flow directly into Aesthetix CRM, triggering consistent follow-up sequences that help turn inquiries into booked consultations.
