How to Create a Patient in Dr. Chrono From Aesthetix CRM

This guide outlines the steps for creating a patient record in DrChrono directly from Aesthetix CRM.

Required Fields

Before pushing the contact to DrChrono, ensure the following fields are completed in the contact’s profile:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email

• Phone

• Gender

• Date of Birth

✅ If your practice has multiple providers:
There will also be a custom field such as Doctor Name or Provider Name.

• This field must match exactly how the provider’s name appears in DrChrono so that the patient is correctly associated with the right provider.

Creating the Patient

Once all required information is entered:

1. Open the contact profile in Aesthetix CRM.

2. Scroll down to the Tags section.

3. Apply the tag:
   Type and select DC-Create.

Within a few minutes, the patient will be created in DrChrono from Aesthetix CRM.

Important Notes

• Always double-check that all required fields are filled out and saved before applying the DC-Create tag.

• Consistency in provider names ensures the patient is correctly assigned in DrChrono.
