How to Create Patient in Nextech Cloud From Aesthetix CRM 2-Way Sync

In this video, we’ll walk through the steps required to create a patient in NexTech Cloud (also known as NexTech Select) using Aesthetix CRM.

Required Fields

NexTech Cloud has fewer required fields for patient creation compared to NexTech Practice+. To successfully create a new patient in NexTech Cloud, ensure the following fields are completed in Aesthetix CRM:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email

• Phone Number

• Date of Birth

If the NexTech account supports multiple locations, an additional custom field called NXT Location will be used. This field should match the location name exactly as it's written in NexTech.

Creating the Patient

Once all required fields are filled:

1. Navigate to the Tags section in Aesthetix CRM.

2. Apply the NXT Create tag to the contact.

This action will trigger the integration and push the contact data to NexTech Cloud.

Timing

• Once tagged, the new patient record is typically created in NexTech Cloud within 60 seconds to 2 minutes.

• The process is quick and reliable.
