What is the "Replied" Stage?
The Replied stage in the Lead to Patient pipeline is specifically designed to help you identify leads who have responded to your lead nurture workflow automated communications (emails or SMS). These are warm leads who have shown interest and should be prioritized for follow-up.
Replied / Re-Engaged Nurture Workflow
To support timely follow-up with engaged leads, Aesthetix CRM includes a Replied/Re-engage Nurture Workflow. This workflow is located in your Automated Nurtures folder and can be set to trigger automatically.
How It Works:
When a lead sits in the Replied stage for 7 days without moving further in the pipeline, they will automatically be added to the Re-engage Nurture workflow.
This automation will send follow-up emails and text messages to re-engage the lead and encourage booking.
Customizing the Workflow
You can tailor the Replied Nurture Workflow to fit your brand and follow-up strategy:
Edit Emails: Click the pencil icon to update the email content.
Edit Texts: Customize the SMS messages using the existing templates or create your own. Make sure to save each action and the workflow itself after making changes.
Adjust Wait Times: Modify the wait steps between messages to align with your preferred timing.
If the lead still does not book after receiving the follow-up sequence, their opportunity status will automatically move to Cold, allowing your team to focus on more responsive leads.
Activating the Workflow
By default, the Replied/Re-engage Nurture Workflow is in draft mode in your Aesthetix CRM account. Once you've reviewed and customized the flow, messages, and wait steps:
Click the Publish button.
Save the workflow.
This will activate the automation and begin tracking leads in the Replied stage who have been inactive for 7 days.
