Step-by-Step Guide to Training Your Aesthetix AI Assistant

Step 1: Log into Your Account

• Access your Aesthetix AI Assistant platform.

• Navigate to the AI Chat section from the menu bar on the left.

Step 2: Select Your AI Agent

• Click on your Aesthetix AI Assistant to open its settings.

• You will see the Playground, where you can test and modify responses.

Step 3: Start a Test Conversation

• Type a sample message, such as: "Hi, what services do you offer?"

• Wait for the AI assistant to generate a response.

Step 4: Review & Edit Responses

• Check how the AI responds. If you want to modify its reply:

  • Click on the edit icon next to the response.

  • Remove or adjust the text as needed (e.g., removing links or unnecessary details).

  • Click Save Changes to update.

Step 5: Restart the Conversation

• Always restart the conversation after making edits.

• The AI assistant remembers past conversations, so restarting ensures it generates responses based on the latest changes.

Step 6: Access Conversation History

• If you need to review previous interactions:

  • Click on the history icon (top right corner).

  • Select a past conversation to review and refine responses.

Step 7: Adjusting Personality, Tone, or Advanced Features

• If you need to modify:

  • Personality or tonality

  • How booking information is provided

  • Other advanced settings

• Contact Aesthetix AI Support to request backend programming updates.

Step 8: Final Testing

• After all adjustments, restart the conversation again.

• Test different queries to ensure your Aesthetix AI Assistant responds accurately.
