Aesthetix CRM’s AI Chat Assistant helps manage new leads, but sometimes, you may want to step in and take over the conversation. To do this, you need to apply the Stop AI tag. This article and video walks you through the process of stopping the AI assistant so you can reply manually.

How to Stop the AI and Take Over the Chat

1. Click the Stop AI Button

  • Navigate to the active chat where the AI is responding.

  • Click the Stop AI button.

  • This action automatically applies the Stop AI tag to the conversation.

2. Manually Add the Stop AI Tag (Alternative Method)

If you prefer, you can manually add the Stop AI tag instead of clicking the button:

  • Open the chat conversation.

  • Locate the tagging option.

  • Add the tag Stop AI to disable further AI responses.

3. Begin Your Response

Once the Stop AI tag is applied, the AI will stop responding, and you can type and send your own messages in the conversation.

Important Notes

  • If the Stop AI tag is not applied, the AI will continue responding to the lead.

  • Be sure to apply the tag before sending your manual response.
