Embedding a form from Aesthetix CRM into your Squarespace website is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Your Squarespace Page

1. Log in to your Squarespace account.

2. Navigate to the Pages section.

3. Select the page where you want to embed the form.

4. Click "Edit Page Content."

Step 2: Add an Embed Block

1. In the Squarespace page builder, hover over the blue “+” button to add an element.

2. Search for "Embed."

3. Click on "Code Snippet."

4. Click inside the "Embed Data" field.

Step 3: Get the Embed Code from Aesthetix CRM

1. Open Aesthetix CRM in a new tab.

2. Navigate to Forms and find the form you want to embed.

3. Click "Integrate."

4. Ensure the embed type is set to "Inline" (default setting).
