Step 1: Required Information for Nextech

To create a new patient in Nextech, the following fields are mandatory:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email

• Phone Number

• Date of Birth

• General Practitioner

• Referral Source

Ensure these details are complete before proceeding.

Step 2: Update Contact Information

1. Open the Contact:

   • In Aesthetix CRM, open the contact you want to sync in a new tab.

2. Edit Required Fields:

   • Locate the relevant fields in the first folder of the contact’s details:

     • First Name and Last Name

     • Phone Number

     • General Practitioner (ensure this is a single-select field formatted to Nextech's specifications).
