2. Next, go to 'My Profile' to manage your personal details.

3. Then, find and open the 'Signature' section.

4. Enable signature for outbound messages with a simple click.

By checking this box it will turn on a feature that will automatically add a signature to the bottom of every email being sent from your system.

4 Click on the element.

5. Following that, design your unique email signature here.

If you have an existing email signature, you can copy it into the editor and make any necessary changes. If you don't have one, you can use the editor to create a new one.
