# Alle Points Expiring Points Reminder Tutorial

Learn how to enroll your Alle members in the expiring points campaign on AX CRM.

**Export your Alle Members & Import to Aesthetix CRM**

1.  **Export Expiring Points Members from Alle**
    
    -   Login to [Alle](https://business.alle.com) and navigate to the sidebar
        
    -   Click Insights
        
    -   Navigate to Expiring Points and download XLSX file
        
2.  **Reformat and Import Alle Member Expiring Points CSV into Aesthetix CRM**
    
    -   Reformat XLSX file for expiring points to CSV as shown in video
        
    -   Navigate to Contacts in Aesthetix CRM
        
    -   Click Import Contacts and select the .csv file to upload.
        
    -   Map fields for First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Total Points Available, Expiration Date, Total Days Remaining.
        
    -   Click Don't Import Data of Unmatched Columns, then click next.
        
    -   Name the Import
        
    -   Click down to Advanced
        
        -   Click off the checkmark for Don't update empty values
            
        -   Add Alle Points Member tag
            
        -   Add new contacts to Alle Expiring Points Reminder workflow
            
    -   Click Submit and your Alle members will be in your Aesthetix CRM contacts!
        
3.  **Alle Points Expiring Reminder**
    
    -   Trigger: Contact Field “Total Alle Points” Has Changed
        
    -   SMS:  found within the workflow
        
    -   Email Template: Alle Expiring Points
