1. Click "Settings"
2. Click "Custom Fields"
Here, you can establish specific fields to suit your needs. These customized fields are designed to gather data and details beyond default fields, such as "Name, Email, and Phone Number," commonly found in forms and surveys.
3. Click "All Fields"
In this section, you can view all the custom fields that have been configured in your CRM, along with additional details pertaining to each custom field.
4. Click "Search bar"
Instead of scrolling through the entire list, you can quickly find your desired custom field by using this search bar.
5. Click here to "Edit"
Use this icon to modify a custom field that's already been created.
6. Click here to "Delete"
Click this icon to permanently remove a custom field.
7. Click here to "Move to Group"
This option lets you relocate the item to another folder group.
8. Click "Group Filter"
Let's go over each filter available in the group filter tab, where you can choose how to display your custom fields through the system.
The "All" filter displays all custom fields from every group.
If you select the "Contact" filter, the system will only display custom fields created for Contacts.
The "General Info" filter shows custom fields created for General Information when selected.
When selecting the "Additional Info" filter, the system will display custom fields created for Additional Information.
9. Action Menu
The action menu can be accessed by clicking on the three dots icon as depicted in the image.
Click here to "Rename"
This option allows editing and renaming of the folder.
Click here to "Delete"
This option allows deleting a particular folder.
10. Field Actions
By checking this box, you can choose one or more personalized fields to execute different tasks. If you need to carry out a specific action for multiple custom fields, you can select multiple ones.
11. Field Name
The custom field names you have assigned will be displayed within this column.
12. Folder Name
Below, you can find the folders linked to each custom field.
13. Unique key
The Unique Key is generated and formatted using the name of your custom field for data requests through webhooks and for adding personalized data to emails and texts.
14. Click here to copy "unique key"
By clicking on this icon, you can efficiently duplicate the distinct key and transfer it to the desired location.
15. Created on
The date and time of creation for each custom field will be displayed in this column.
16. Click "Folders"
Within this section, you will have the ability to view and manage all of your folders. Any folders that you have personally created can be edited or removed as needed.
17. Hamburger menu
To arrange custom fields, you may utilize this icon to drag and drop the fields that you have previously created
18. Folder Name
The name of each folder will be displayed in this column, which can be modified as needed.
19. Fields
In the list, the number of fields created in each folder can be viewed.
20. Created on
The creation date and time of each folder will be displayed in this column.
21. Click "Deleted Fields"
You will be presented with a list of custom fields that have been removed from the system.
22. Click to "Add Folder"
You can create a new folder to arrange your custom fields by simply pressing this button.
23. Click to "Add Field"
You can create a new custom field by simply pressing this button.
