It includes compliance notes, template usage, delivery settings, and how to monitor campaign results. ## Step 1: Select the Right Contact List 1. Navigate to **Contacts** in the left-hand menu. 2. Locate the **Smart List** for your SMS campaign. - A typical list name might be: `Mass SMS`. 3. Filters should already be applied: - **Phone is not empty** - **SMS DND is disabled** (i.e., contacts have not opted out). ## Step 2: Select Recipients 1. Click the checkbox next to **Contact Name** to select all on the current page. 2. A **Select All** option will appear (e.g., “Select all 720 contacts”) — click it. 3.
