# How to Set Up the Treatment of Interest Nurture Assignment Workflow

Learn how to customize and set up the treatment of interest nurture assignment workflow.

The **Treatment Nurture Assignment Workflow** allows you to automatically route new leads into **specific lead nurture sequences** based on their selected **Treatment of Interest**. This is

This workflow acts as a **router** — assigning each lead to the appropriate treatment-specific nurture based on what they’re interested in. It’s triggered from a lead capture form and sends them directly to the most relevant workflow without manual intervention.

## 🛠How to Set It Up

### 1\. **Locate the Workflow**

- Go to **Workflows > Assignments** folder.

- Open **Treatment Nurture Assignment** workflow.

### 2\. **Edit the If/Else Branches**

- The core logic uses an **If/Else** condition to evaluate the **Treatment of Interest** field.

- Each branch corresponds to a different treatment type.

- To **add a new branch**:

    1. Duplicate an existing branch.

    2. Rename it.

    3. Set the condition for the new treatment.

> ⚠ **Note**: If/Else branches are limited to 10 per block. If you have more than 10 treatments:

- Copy the existing logic block.

- Paste it below the last If/Else block.

- Continue building additional branches.

### 3\. **Assign Nurture Workflows**

- Each branch ends in an **“Add to Workflow”** action.

- Select the appropriate **Treatment-Specific Nurture Workflow**.

- Be sure each treatment has a corresponding workflow already built.

### 4\. **Set a Default Fallback**

- The **last branch** should direct all unqualified or empty treatment leads to a **Default Lead Nurture Workflow**.

- This ensures **no lead is left behind** even if no treatment is selected.

## Connect to Lead Capture Forms

Once the workflow is configured, you’ll want to **trigger it from your lead capture forms**.

### Where to Configure:

- Go to the lead capture form (e.g., consultation form).

- Scroll to the **“Add to Workflow”** setting.

- Select **Treatment Nurture Assignment Workflow** (instead of assigning a single nurture).

✅ Repeat this for **both lead and patient forms**, if applicable.

## Use Across Lead Capture Sources

You can reuse this workflow with **any source of lead capture**, as long as the **Treatment of Interest** is being collected. This includes:

- Website forms

- Chatbots

- Landing pages

- 3rd-party integrations

## Pro Tips

- Use **standardized Treatment of Interest values** across all forms and sources.

- Keep nurture workflows **short, timely, and focused** on the selected treatment.

- Review open/click rates to improve nurture performance over time.
